Program Management, global PMO and project leadership in Pharma, Life Sciences and technology-led transformation. International rollouts, laboratory and quality programmes, and AI initiatives in Operations are a particularly good fit. Do you take on whole programmes or individual work packages? I offer two ways to engage: Program Leadership and PMO with a 50–100% capacity allocation, or defined projects and work packages with agreed scope, objectives and deliverables. We align on responsibilities, interfaces and timing at the outset. Can you join an ongoing project? Yes. I can support existing teams and programmes, first structure the current situation and outstanding decisions, and then take on the agreed management or delivery responsibilities. Do you work remotely or on site? I work remotely or in a hybrid setup. Workshops, key discussions and visits to project sites are planned to suit the engagement. I am based in Stuttgart and have extensive experience of international collaboration. Which languages do you work in? I am fluent in German, English and Spanish, and also have good Russian language skills. Do you provide technical SAP integration or development? No. My focus is programme management, PMO, project leadership and Product Ownership. Technical SAP integration, SAP development and system configuration are outside my service scope.
